How sending works

Your message is sent by PR Neighbors from pzd@prneighbors.com. Your email address is placed in the To field and is also used as the Reply-To address, so you receive the sent message as your confirmation copy and individual officials can respond directly to you.

The listed Pea Ridge officials receive the same message through BCC. Keeping their addresses out of the visible recipient line reduces the possibility of an accidental group “Reply All” that could create open-meeting concerns. This is an administrative precaution intended to reduce that risk; it does not determine or guarantee compliance with the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act or other open-meeting requirements.
