Revised October 13 City Council agenda

Village at City Park PZD rezoning has been removed

The revised October 13 agenda no longer lists Ordinance 966 or the Village at City Park PZD rezoning. According to information provided to PR Neighbors, the developer requested that the item be removed.

The City Council meeting remains scheduled for October 13 at 6:00 p.m. Public comments are still listed, but no new date for Council consideration of the Village at City Park PZD has been published.

August 18 City Council agenda packet

The revised August 18 packet lists Ordinance 957 for annexation of the two Easterling Road parcels. Ordinance 966, the Village at City Park PZD rezoning, has been removed from the revised agenda after the developer requested that rezoning consideration be moved to October.

Developer materials

Additional developer materials requested

PR Neighbors has contacted the developer and requested additional drawings, renderings, floor plans, and development plats. As of this update, we have not received a response and have not located those materials published elsewhere online.

At this time, we can only share what is presented during public planning meetings or otherwise made publicly available. We are working to be as transparent as possible about this development and encourage the developer to make the same supporting information available to the public.
