Depending on the form you use, PR Neighbors may collect your name, street address or neighborhood, phone number, email address, selected concerns, written message, availability, and other information you voluntarily provide.
How we use your information
Your information is used only for this specific community effort, including sending an email you have approved, responding to your message, arranging a petition signature, confirming your participation, or administering related volunteer and public-information activities.
We do not sell your information
PR Neighbors does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your name, address, phone number, or email address for unrelated marketing or commercial purposes.
When information may be shared
Information may be shared with the public officials or recipients you specifically authorize us to contact, with service providers needed to operate the website and deliver messages, or when disclosure is required by law, legal process, court order, or a valid governmental request.
Email submissions
When you approve an email to public officials, the message is sent from the PR Neighbors mailbox, your submitted email address is placed in the To field and used as the Reply-To address, and the listed public officials receive the same message through BCC. Your name, address or neighborhood, email address, selected statements, and final message are included or processed as needed to complete that request.
Website service providers
This website uses Netlify for hosting, forms, and serverless functions, and Zoho as the email provider for approved messages. Those providers may process submitted information as necessary to provide their services. Their handling of information is also governed by their respective privacy policies.
Data retention and corrections
Information may be retained as reasonably necessary to document submissions, respond to requests, operate this effort, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations. To ask a question, request a correction, or request deletion where legally and operationally possible, email pzd@prneighbors.com.
