FAQ

Common questions

Plain-language answers based on the current public record.

Why are the renderings and floor plans not shown?

Those drawings contain a restrictive ownership and reproduction notice. Out of caution, PR Neighbors is publishing the overall site plan but not the architectural renderings or floor plans.

Does the detention or retention pond count as required green space?

No—not toward the recreational-space requirement in Title 15. Section 15.04.06 states that detention or retention ponds and other manmade or engineered stormwater facilities cannot be counted toward required recreational space.

This distinction matters because stormwater facilities serve a drainage function and are separate from usable recreational land. The exact calculation and application to a PZD should be confirmed by the City during formal review.

How can I sign the petition?

Submit the petition request form. A volunteer will contact you to arrange an in-person signature because the petition requires a physical signature.

Can I submit comments without signing the petition?

Yes. Residents may contact City officials, attend public meetings, and provide comments according to the procedures for each meeting.

Is PRNeighbors.com an official City website?

No. It is maintained by residents. Official decisions, deadlines, agendas, and records should be verified with the City of Pea Ridge.
